Rules for Admissions

1. Admission will be made as per Board/University norms.
2. Admission will be done in accordance with College rules and with the approval of Principal. Admission may be refused without any reason.
3. The seats for Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe will be reserved as per norms at the time of admission.
4. College has the sole right to make an increase in the fees and funds mentioned in the college prospectus at time of admission. Fees will be charged as per the rules prescribed by Board/University and Government of Punjab.
5. The students belonging to the Scheduled Caste and Minority Class are advised to fill online forms for the scholarship in time. Students, failing to fill forms timely, will not be eligible for scholarship and be charged the full fees.

Documents required at the time of Admission:

1. Photocopy of certificate of the lower examination passed.
2. Photocopy of Matriculation.
3. Photocopy of Scheduled Caste certificate with the annual income.
4. Passport size photograph.
5. Character certificate issued by the principal of the previous institution.
6. Photocopy of Aadhar card.

Change of Subject:

1. Students can change their subjects with the permission of principal within 15 days of admission. This permission will be granted at the prescribed proforma. The permission for the change in subject will only be allowed in these cases i.e. student should have paid the full fees and the subject student asked for has vacant seats.

College/Institution fees:

Every student has to make payment of the fees and funds clearly mentioned in information brochure. Prior to admission, it is necessary for a student to read out thoroughly the fees structure and funds. University keeps the right to increase the fees without any prior notice.

Every Student has to upload the challan same day and inform the admission committee

Concession for Fees:

The Principal, as per rules, will grant concession in the fees of the students who are poor but good in studies and sports.

CONVERT CGPA INTO MARKS



Subject wise indicative percentage of marks = 9.5 х GP of the subject.

Overall indicative percentage of the marks = 9.5 х CGPA

If a student has secured A2 grade CGPA, then the overall indicative percentage of the marks = 9.5 х CGPA, which is 9.5 х 9 = 85.5

If a student has secured B1 grade in Physics, then the indicative percentage of marks in Physics = 9.5 х GP of the subject, which is 9.5 х 8 = 76.0

If a student has secured A1 grade in Maths, then the indicative percentage of marks in Maths = 9.5 х GP of the subject, which is 9.5 х 9 = 85.5
